When you bring your existing mobile number to Vectone Mobile, for each of your first two months with us, we give you a number of freebies: 100 minutes, 100 texts to any UK network and 100MB of mobile internet access. Just to make you feel really, really welcome.
Pick up a free Vectone Mobile SIM, then call your existing provider's customer services and ask for your porting authorisation code (PAC).
Compose a new text message on the phone which has your existing SIM in it. Write
your PAC, followed by a space, then write the number which comes with the Vectone
SIM and send your text to 0757 4212555. For example, if your PAC is
1234 and the Vectone SIM number is 1234567, your text would look like this: 1234
1234567.
If you have any problems, please call customer services on 020 7179 0134 (or free
on 111 from your Vectone mobile).
We'll text you back to confirm that your existing number (NOT the number on the Vectone SIM) will be transferred to Vectone within one working day.
The moment your number arrives with us, we'll activate your Switch Bonus, and send you a text to let you know you can start enjoying it.
