Once your card is registered, there are 2 ways you can Top Up using your Vectone phone:
By Text Message
• Just text TOP UP followed by the
amount you wish to Top Up with, followed by your card’s 3-digit security code,
to 345.
• For example, if you want to Top Up with
£5, and your card security number is 123 – you simply text TOP UP 5
123.
Through Customer Services
• Call any time by dialling 322 from
your Vectone phone and follow the automated instructions.
• Or, if you simply want to check your balance,
please dial *101# and it will appear instantly on your screen.
