How to check if your phone is unlocked?

Insert your Vectone SIM card in your phone, if you get a full signal and can make calls to Vectone Customer care, your mobile is probably already unlocked.
However if you receive any error message e.g. ‘Enter unlock code’ or ‘Contact Service Provider’ then it might be locked by the network provider you purchased the mobile from.

How to unlock your phone

Some mobiles are locked by their service providers as part of a fixed term contract.
To unlock your mobile phone you can call up the network provider’s customer service department and get advice on how to unlock your mobile phone.

Usually the network provider’s customer service departments charge a nominal fee for unlocking the mobile phone as long as you aren’t breaching the contract terms.
You can also get the advice from local vendors offering mobile unlocking services.
