Getting Started Pay Monthly FAQs

1. How can I get a Vectone Mobile Pay Monthly SIM?
It’s simple to order a Vectone Mobile Pay Monthly SIM with 30 day rolling contract. Just select your monthly spend and fill in the order details here.

2. Can I convert my Vectone PAYG Sim to Pay Monthly?
Yes, it’s simple to convert your existing Vectone PAYG Sim into a Pay Monthly Sim with 30 day rolling contract. Goto the Pay Monthly Sim order page and during the ordering process please select the option to enter your existing Vectone PAYG number. If your order is successful your PAYG sim will be converted to Pay Monthly instantly. Please make sure that you use any available credit on your PAYG Sim before converting it to Pay Monthly as you will lose it completely if your order is successful. Your Vectone Mobile number will not be changed when you convert from PAYG to Pay Monthly.

3. Can I change my Pay Monthly Plan to another Pay Monthly Plan?
Yes, you are able to change your plan through MyVectone. We give you the option to upgrade or downgrade from the 1st of the next month.

4. Can I change my Pay Monthly Sim to PAYG ?
Yes, all you have to do is cancel your pay monthly contract by giving us a notice 30 days in advance. You can do so easily by contacting our customer service. You Pay Monthly Sim will automatically be converted to PAYG once your contract ends.

5. Do I have inclusive minutes in my Pay Monthly Sim ?
Yes, all our Pay Monthly plans come with inclusive minutes, unlimited texts and inclusive mobile internet (excluding £1 pay montly package). Please look at our plan details by clicking here.

7. I have forgotten my PUK / PIN code.
Your PUK code is displayed on the SIM Card holder that came in your starter pack. Please retain it for safe keeping. Alternatively you can call our customer service team and they will be glad to assist you.

8. Can I keep my existing mobile number, if I choose to join Vectone?
You can opt to keep your current mobile number and use it with your new Vectone Mobile SIM. Please Text your PAC Code and Mobile Number to 07574212555. Click here to know more.

9. How many days will it take to transfer my existing mobile number to my new Vectone SIM?
This process will take 1 working day from receipt of your PAC. When your number transfer has been completed you will receive a confirmation Text from us.

10. How do I get my PAC number?
To get your PAC Code please Call your operator's Customer Care Number and ask them to give you a PAC Code. Click here to know more.

11. I lost my SIM card. Can I move my old number to a new SIM?
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible if you have lost your SIM.
