Keep Your Number

You can switch to Vectone and keep the same mobile number you already have, so you don't have to waste time texting a new number to all your friends and family.

So, how can you bring your existing mobile number to Vectone?

Call your mobile network’s customer service and request for a Porting Authorization Code. It's also known as a PAC number, which is a bit easier to remember.
Once you receive the PAC send 07574212555 a Text from your existing mobile number. Text should be: <PAC code> space <Vectone number that we will transfer your existing number>. eg. You want to switch your Vodafone number (ex: 07771234567) to Vectone Mobile (ex:07511122222), you need to receive your PAC code (ex:VOD123) from Vodafone Customer Service (191). Once you receive your PAC Code send a Text to 07574212555 from your Vodafone number (07771234567). Text should be; VOD123 07511122222.
We will text you back, confirming that your number will be transferred to Vectone within one working day.
During the one-day transfer period, just continue to use your number with your existing network. As soon as your number transfers to us, we will send you a text to let you know.
