What does this mean?

If you choose a Monthly Plan, you don’t need to worry about topping up or adding a Bundle again. Your Plan will work on a rolling contract basis and will renew every Calendar Month

With Pay As You Go, you can top up online or pay with your balance.

Anyone is eligible to choose between our Monthly Plan and Pay as You Go Plans.

When you are adding a Plan, you can make the choice by switching between our Monthly Plan and Pay As You Go in the first step of the payment process.

How do I switch from Pay as You Go to Monthly Plan?

Switching from Pay As You Go to a Monthly Plan is simple.

Once your existing plan has expired and you are ready to switch to a Monthly Plan, choose the Plan you would like on our website.

Then click ‘I Already Have a SIM’ and when you are in the first step of the payment process choose the ‘Monthly Plan’ option.

How do I switch from a Monthly Plan to Pay As You Go?

To switch from a Monthly Plan to Pay As You Go, you need to first cancel your Monthly Plan.
To cancel a Monthly Plan, please send an email to support@vectonemobile.co.uk with 30 days notice.
Once you receive an email confirming that your Monthly Plan has been cancelled, you can add any plan as a Pay As You Go.
