Why is my SIM not working?

We are really sorry, the SIM card that you're using might not be an updated one! Please send your details like address door number, city and postcode to support@vectonemobile.co.uk and we will send a Free SIM to you.

Once you receive your new SIM card, you can login to My Vectone to update your SIM. Or you can contact customer support and we will help you update your old number to a new SIM card.

How to update my SIM in My Vectone?

We request you to login to My Vectone and enter your new SIM details (ICCID & PUK) to update your old number with the new SIM.

How many days will it take to upgrade my SIM?

Once you enter your new SIM details by logging in to My Vectone, your old number will be updated immediately with the new SIM. Or you can contact customer support to complete the process.
