What is SIM Swap?
SIM Swap allows you to transfer your Vectone Mobile phone number to a brand new SIM card including existing bundles and credit.

I lost my SIM card. Can I move my old number to a new SIM?
Yes. Just call Customer Service and we can arrange for your old number to be moved to a new SIM card. You may be asked security questions in order to verify that you are the account holder.
